Hey wedding party! Here's everything you need for the weekend — where to be, what to wear, and where you're sleeping. We're so happy you're here. 🥂
The Weekend

Head on over and get settled! Check-in is at 3pm — the whole crew (including Tyler and Marina) will be staying at the ranch together. There's a vineyard, jacuzzi, fire pits, and a lot of outdoor space to hang. Perfect spot to kick off the weekend.
1625 Willow Glen Road, Fallbrook, CAWe'll do a run-through of the ceremony at Monserate Winery. Try to arrive a few minutes early so we can get started on time. Dress code is semi-formal — but since the venue is outdoors with some uneven ground, go easy on the tall heels and pick footwear you can walk on grass in.
2757 Gird Rd, Fallbrook, CA 92028Tyler's family is hosting a traditional tea ceremony at his parents' house in Chula Vista — everyone from the wedding party is welcome to come! It's a really meaningful cultural tradition and a great opportunity to spend time with the families before the big day. Dress code is semi-formal and modest, out of respect for the tradition. Food and refreshments will be provided, so come hungry! 🍵

The full minute-by-minute run-of-show is below — note that wedding party photos kick off earlier at 3 PM, so plan to be ready well before the ceremony.

Check-out is at 11am — make sure you've got all your stuff packed up before then! It'll probably feel like a gloomy goodbye after such a great weekend, but we're sure the post-wedding brunch vibes will carry everyone through. Safe travels home. 💚

Dress Code
Bridesmaids
All four bridesmaids are in Dusty Sage from Azazie — one in the stretch satin style, and three in the floral version of the same color. You don't all need to match exactly, the mix is part of the look! Coordinate with each other on style if you haven't already.

Light beige suit with a white or ivory dress shirt. Leather dress shoes — brown or tan tones work great with the palette. More details on coordination (ties, pocket squares, etc.) will be sent closer to the date.
For Saturday's rehearsal and the tea ceremony, the dress code is semi-formal. Think dressy but not black-tie — a nice dress, a collared shirt and slacks, that kind of thing. For the tea ceremony, please also keep it modest out of respect for the tradition.
Where you're staying
You're in for a treat. Tinkerbell Ranch is a gorgeous 4-acre estate with a vineyard, fruit orchard, jacuzzi, fire pits, outdoor showers, and 360° valley views. There are 4 separate units across the property so everyone has space, plus tons of outdoor areas to hang. It's going to be an amazing few days. Lime trees, avocado trees, solar lights at night, and owls in the oak trees. Seriously, you'll love it.

Heads up
Monserate Winery is a beautiful outdoor vineyard. The ceremony and reception are both on the estate grounds. Flats or low block heels work better than stilettos for the rehearsal — the grass and gravel will thank you.
It's going to be warm — highs around 88–95°F during the day. Drink lots of water at the outdoor rehearsal, and maybe toss a light jacket in your bag for the evening reception since it does cool down after sunset.
Fallbrook is about 55 miles north of San Diego and 85 miles from LA. Fly into SAN or SNA and rent a car — rideshare options are pretty limited out there, and you'll want the flexibility for the weekend.
Full day-of details for Aug 9 are coming closer to the date — including getting-ready call times and any transportation coordination. Keep your phone on you the week before!
